摘要:
以甲烷为碳源,在865℃~930℃温度条件下,通过化学气相沉积法,在铁基催化剂上生长出纳米石墨棒。对产物进行X射线衍射分析,确认其为石墨结构,晶粒径估算为16.3nm,长度为200nm~800nm。用透射电子显微镜和激光拉曼光谱仪作进一步的分析,结果表明:产物为纯度较高的纳米石墨棒。
Abstract:Graphite nanorods were prepared by chemical vapor deposition of methane at temperatures from 865℃ to 930℃ using a Fe based catalyst, and were characterized by XRD, TEM and Raman spectroscopy. Results indicate that the product consists of high purity graphite nanorods with average diameters around 16.3nm and lengths from 200nm to 800nm.
