  • 摘要: 由于石墨烯具有优异的导热与导电性能,已被认为是最理想的散热材料之一,受到学术界与产业界的广泛关注。在本综述中,我们总结了石墨烯薄膜在热管理领域的研究现状,介绍了还原氧化石墨烯薄膜,机械剥离石墨烯薄膜以及石墨烯基复合薄膜的制备及其应用性能。进一步地,对石墨烯薄膜在导热、导电应用过程中的关键因素进行分析,总结石墨烯薄膜在散热领域未来实现产业化应用所面临的挑战。
