摘要: 石墨烯是近年发现的二维碳原子晶体,是目前碳质材料和凝聚态物理领域的研究热点之一。石墨烯是构筑零维富勒烯、一维碳纳米管、三维体相石墨等sp2杂化碳的基本结构单元,具有更多奇特的性质。通过简要介绍石墨烯的发现历史及分子结构,重点评述了石墨烯奇特的性质(特别是电学性质)和潜在的应用领域。Abstract: Graphene is a kind of ideal twodimensional atomic crystal, which was successfully prepared and identified in recent years. Due to many special properties, graphene has attracted more and more attention from scientists in diverse areas and nowadays has become one of the hottest topics in the area of materials science and condensedmatter physics. Graphene is the building unit for all sp2 carbon materials, such as zerodimensional fullerenes, onedimensional carbon nanotubes and threedimensional bulk graphite, and has many unique electronic properties . This paper introduces the discovery history and molecular structure of graphene and reviews latest advances on unique electronic properties and potential applications.
