石蜡/膨胀石墨相变储能复合材料的研制

Preparation of paraffin/expanded graphite phase change composites for thermal storage

  • 摘要: 利用膨胀石墨孔隙结构的吸附性能,制备了石蜡/膨胀石墨相变储能复合材料,用差示扫描热量法研究了其的热性能。结果表明:石蜡/膨胀石墨相变储能复合材料的相变温度不随石蜡含量的改变而变化,但其相变潜热随着石蜡含量的增加而增加、导热性能却随着石蜡含量的增加而小。膨胀石墨的多孔结构对石蜡有很好的吸附性能,石蜡在固-液相变时,未见有液态石蜡的渗出。

     

    Abstract: A paraffin/expanded graphite phase change material for thermal storage was prepared by impregnating a compressed expanded graphite block with paraffin. The thermal properties of the phase change materials were characterized by DSC.Results show that the latent heat of the phase change materials increases with paraffin fraction and the phase change temperature remains constant. The thermal diffusivity of the paraffin/expanded graphite phase change materials decreases with paraffin fraction. Paraffin can be uniformly absorbed in the worm-like pores of the expanded graphite by capillary forces, which can prevent paraffin from permeating outwards.
